Our second turn at no-dialogue storytelling, Judgment Day follows a boy on his way to his girlfriend's birthday party. As details are gradually revealed, his innocense is questioned, and hence is his safety. Though only a mere three minutes including credits, this suspenseful movie had over an hour of footage; this wasn't because take after take of the actors was filmed, but because the rapidly changing shots in the movie helped to heighten the audience's tension level. Made purely for fun and filled with effects shots, Judgment Day was entered into the local BNCFF Chapter in San Jose, CA.
Written and Directed by Garett Thomas.
Starring: Jonathan Slakey, Laura Burge, Jocelyn Shratter, Josh McFall, Kristina Will, and Jon Jelenko.
