Tito, a blind orphan, and his dog, Zeus, experience the devastating eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D.. Based on the short story of the same name by Louis Untermeyer, which was supposedly crafted upon the fact that remains of a dog supposedly were found in the ancient ashes of Pompeii.
Much of the filming occurred in San Francisco's Palace of Fine Arts, as well as Blufftop Coastal Park in Half Moon Bay. Created entirely by middle school students for nonacademic purposes.
